First, necessary adjustments are needed before processing to determine the benchmark for lens manufacturing. Next, creating a template is a crucial step, involving centering, edge grinding, safety angle grinding, and polishing. After these steps, drilling and grooving are performed, followed by assembly. During processing, multiple adjustments (shaping) are required to ensure the accuracy of the glasses. Finally, the finished rimless glasses undergo comprehensive inspection to ensure their quality meets requirements. Throughout the process, we will use specialized tools such as semi-automatic and fully automatic processing machines, centering instruments, and drilling machines, as well as auxiliary materials such as pens, rulers, scissors (paper cutters), and plastic template blanks.

Pre-processing adjustments are a vital step in ensuring the quality of the glasses. During adjustments, we need to carefully observe whether the holes on the left and right lenses are symmetrical. If the holes are symmetrical, we will further adjust the frame appearance to ensure it meets manufacturing requirements. If the holes are asymmetrical, corresponding adjustments need to be made during drilling.

The next step is to determine the benchmark for lens manufacturing. This step involves drawing the horizontal and vertical baselines of the liner, measuring the FPD (horizontal distance from the geometric center of the frame), and combining this with the pupillary distance to calculate the actual dislocation. This dislocation directly affects the lens manufacturing accuracy.

Finally, there's the template making process. When making the template, we must ensure that the horizontal and vertical baselines of the liner are precisely aligned with the corresponding baselines on the template blank. Then, we draw the outline on the template and cut it using scissors or a utility knife. After cutting, we need to carefully refine the edges with a file to ensure the template's accuracy and usability.

Edging is a crucial step in eyeglass manufacturing, involving placing the lens, measured using a focimeter and centering device, into an edging machine for fine grinding. During this process, the consistency of the lens must be maintained, and appropriate sizes and grinding methods must be carefully selected to avoid errors.

In eyeglass manufacturing, drilling and grooving are crucial steps requiring precision and safety. The specific operation involves first adjusting the height of the handstand, then gently placing the lens in the left hand above the drill tip, keeping the lens perpendicular to the drill bit. Next, adjust the front and rear baffles to control the inward and outward positions according to the predetermined drilling location, and move the lens left and right to determine the vertical position. During drilling, hold the lens firmly with the left hand and control the drilling control arm with the right hand, allowing the drill bit to slowly contact the lens while rotating simultaneously. After drilling, press the drilling control arm down slowly and evenly to its limit, then lift and remove the lens. Afterward, hold the lens firmly with both hands, align the center of the hole with the lower reamer, and smoothly enlarge the hole.

The shaping stage corrects deformations that occur during processing to ensure that the parameters of the rimless eyeglasses meet requirements. However, this does not include personalized adjustments based on the customer's face shape. During the inspection stage, we need to ensure that the assembled lens and lens clip are secure and without noticeable gaps; the screw holes should be smooth and crack-free; the drilling positions of the two lenses should be basically symmetrical; and there should be no severe stress present. In addition, the lens edges must be smooth, the lens surface must be flat, and the nose pads and temples should be symmetrical with symmetrical outward angles. Finally, a comprehensive optical performance test of the rimless glasses is conducted using a focimeter combined with national standard parameters.
